Our leading genetic testing panel for both pedigreed and mixed-breed cats includes 40+ genetic health tests, plus blood type, along with traits and genetic diversity.

Powered by Wisdom Panel™, Optimal Selection™ provides breeders with the most comprehensive test of its kind. We’ve taken the latest scientific research on cat population genetics and developed a simple and easy at–home swab test that screens for multiple diseases and traits while also evaluating genetic diversity. This kind of testing can provide advantages over traditional techniques such as pedigree analysis and help breeders to develop proactive, sustainable breeding programs.

  • Results for over 40 genetic diseases, reported in terms of known relevance to the specific breed evaluated.

  • Testing for 20+ traits including coat colors, coat types, and morphology.

  • Genetic diversity information for the tested cat, and the overall breed population

  • Continuously updated research and breed information based on new discoveries

Optimal Selection™ DNA service for cats is a genome-wide genetic analysis that gives information on several inherited characteristics. All received DNA test results are reported online to your user account in the secured Optimal Selection™ database.

We do require business or visual references.

KITTEN VISITS:

  • We are okay with stopping by the cattery for visits, but this is only if you have a deposit. This helps maintain the safety of our children, home, and outside disease/virus.

  • To help make your decision easier, we are open to multiple video conferences, sending videos, and sending photos.

  • Please remember, our website and youtube channel will have video updates and photos until the kitten is rehomed.

  • You may decide to put our cattery on your top list, but keep in mind, we are advertising all over the globe, and are a part of many cat clubs and groups that are patiently waiting for your breeding program. The kitten you fall in love with, may be gone by the end of the week. We ask instead of becoming frustrated, to put a deposit on our waiting list, to ensure your Designer Kitten!

KITTEN SHIPPING:

  • Pickup is preferred. Hand delivery is possible under the options of drop off by flight, driving, and/or half-way meetup in a parking lot.

  • We generally do not ship cargo but will make certain exceptions for overseas shipping. The transportation charges to deliver the kitten would be an additional cost paid by the buyer. Shipping averages $350.00 within the US. Courier fees will apply if you need someone to travel with your pet.
